I’m down, too. I’d pay them a salary if I was rich, but I’m a graduate student instead. They deserve it for being the funniest. And I love my poker chip, but I definitely considered it more of a donation than a serious item I was dying to have in my possession. But I’m still happy to donate again for 300. I mean, what if Sethro’s other meniscus tears? They make me laugh like it’s their job, so why not pay them for it?

tossed my money in the hat for ep 250, still dunno how i feel about that. does the money go directly to the guys? if i remember correctly last time there wasnt even a mention on the show or a thank you, made me a bit skeptical. i admit i may have just missed something though.

They thanked all who donated several times and even considered reading their names on the show. They did thank us profusely. I think people’s hesitation to donate or questioning of the validity of donations is unfortunate. Almost six years without guaranteed compensation? Donate 5 bucks, fruit.

It’s simple, if you have the means to donate & if you love the show, if you appreciate all the hard work that goes into it, if you value their reliability and consistency of putting out a weekly show without fail (regardless of what’s going on in their lives): then donate.
To me, the only ‘debate’ on whether to donate or not if you don’t have the $ to spare.
Otherwise, it’s a great opportunity for us fruits to show our gratitude.

give me a break, homie. of course i didnt donate solely for recognition. we’ve all been grifted before, i dont necessarily know all the ins and outs of who runs what behind the scenes, so i thought there could have been a possibility that they didnt get the money when i didnt hear about it on the show. thanks for filling me in about it though.
